Here to Help with Positive Change
As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC Accredited) and EMDR therapist, I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals. My practice is built on genuine collaboration - working with you - so that change feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, or help navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make a change.
I believe therapy should feel welcoming, not overwhelming. That’s why I focus on clear communication, practical tools, and genuine connection - so you can build confidence and create lasting, positive change.
Common Questions I Get Asked
-
In our first session, we will spend time understanding your reasons for coming to therapy and what you hope to be different. We will think about your expectations for therapy and how we can work best together. We will discuss “ground rules” like confidentiality. We may think about times in your life that are important or difficult.
-
Progress in therapy looks different for everyone, but common sing sinclude people feeling more understood, having more helpful ways of coping with difficult moments, noticing a shift in patterns of thinking or behaviour that kept you stuck, and gradually feeling more confident dealing with moments you found challenging.
Importantly, I will check in regularly throughout therapy to make sure that we are moving in a direction that is meaningful to you.
-
I am committed to culturally sensitive, anti-racist, and neuro-affirmative practice. This can sometimes mean adapting my evidence-based approach. I may take more time to understand how different aspects of your identity show up in your day-to-day life and am committed to work in ways which respect your identity and needs.
-
Depending on the type of therapy, sessions cost either £60 for EMDR or £110 for one-to-one therapy. Which type of therapy you would benefit most from will be decided in your free consultation.
I am committed to ensuring that therapy is as accessible as possible. If you are concerned about the cost of therapy, I would encourage you to arrange a free consultation so we can discuss your options.
-
I am currently accepting new clients (as of August 2026), so I would be able to meet with you at your earliest convenience.
-
You can normally expect to have between eight and twelve sessions, however this depends on what your goals are for therapy and how complex the difficulties are.
